By using BatchCircle you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.
Your account
- Your mobile number identifies you. One number, one account.
- Keep your account to yourself. Anything done from it is treated as done by you.
- Give real information. A coaching center deciding whether to admit somebody, and a student deciding where to study, are both relying on it being true.
What you post
BatchCircle is for educational content. That is the whole norm, and it is enforced rather than requested.
- Every post is checked before it appears. Anything clearly harmful is refused; anything ambiguous is held for a person to look at.
- Anyone can report a post or a comment. Three separate people reporting the same thing takes it out of circulation immediately, pending review.
- You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to show it on the platform, and nothing more.
Coaching centers and teachers
- A center is responsible for what it publishes about itself. We verify documents when they are submitted, but a verified badge is a check of credentials, not a guarantee of teaching quality.
- Ratings come only from people who were actually there — a course is rated by students enrolled in a batch of that course, and nobody else.
- Adding somebody as a student or a teacher is a request. It means nothing until they accept.
Money
There are two completely separate kinds of money here, and confusing them is the most expensive mistake anybody could make on this platform:
- Fees you pay a center or a teacher go directly to them. BatchCircle does not hold, process or take a share of that money. If a center does not deliver what it promised, that is between you and the center — though we will act on reports about a center that repeatedly does so.
- Subscriptions you pay BatchCircle — Student Pro, Teacher Pro, Coaching Center Pro, the verified badge — are paid to us, and are covered by our refund policy.
Paid plans
- Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in Bangladeshi Taka.
- Renewing early extends your existing end date. You never lose time you have already paid for.
- A plan that lapses stops adding features. It never locks you out of your own records — your students, fees, results and history stay exactly where they are.
- The verified badge deliberately unlocks no features, no ranking boost and no priority in search. It says an account is who it claims to be.
When we restrict an account
We would rather explain than punish, but some things end an account's ability to post:
- Read only — you keep everything you were reading and lose the ability to add to it, for a set number of days.
- Suspended — you cannot sign in until it expires.
- Permanently banned — the account and that mobile number cannot be used on BatchCircle again.
You are told the reason and the end date. A restricted account can still delete its own posts and still report others.
What we are not responsible for
- The accuracy of a job circular. We publish deadlines and fees as printed on the official circular, and mistakes are possible — always check the official source before paying an application fee.
- The quality of teaching at any center or by any teacher listed here.
- Disputes about fees paid directly between a student and a center or teacher.
- Interruptions caused by things outside our control, including network outages and SMS gateway failures.
Changes
We will update this page when the platform changes, and the date at the top will tell you when. Significant changes will be announced in the app rather than made quietly.
These terms are written in plain language and are not legal advice. Have a Bangladeshi lawyer review them before BatchCircle operates commercially at scale.
